The personel was super kind but I would rate the hotel eather 3 than 4 stars. The breakfast was not nice (few selection, scrumble eggs were terrible), the room was basic (no hand cream or other toileteries, only shower gel). But the location was perfect! There is a tram just in front and a metro line not so far

Room was quite comfortable and breakfast was outstanding with several options to suit differing tastes. Downsides: I was there on business and in room desk was quite small. Better to work in common areas of hotel (like breakfast room). And no gym, so instead did workouts in the room (which is limiting).

Fine hotel with central location

This is a fine hotel in the Vieux Port area, only a few hundred metres from the actual port. Dog friendly, dogs allowed in the breakfast area. Good standard breakfast. If you come by car I recommend not to try to drive to the hotel entrance but to the closest parking garage which is only like 200 metres walking distance away.

Very close to the old port area of Marseille, a very quick easy walk to get there. The hotel staff were very friendly, excellent overall. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to anyone else.

Nice hotel

My room was a nice size as I had chosen a corner room so I had lots of light. The bathroom was nice as well. The items in the fridge are free so it was nice to have a juice. The breakfast was well done with plenty of options and fresh cut fruit. The area is good for being able to see the sights but very busy and into the late night. I could not hear in my room.

Within easy walking distance of Vieux Port and most of the main tourist attractions. The room itself has all the essentials. My boyfriend and I stayed here during Christmas and New Year's, so adding breakfast to the reservation came in handy especially when other places were closed. We had one minor issue when our key card wasn't working, but the staff were very helpful with letting us into our room when we needed it and trying to get the issue fixed quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved the hotel . It was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well which we were grateful for as it was quite hot during our stay . We didn’t feel truly safe in the area outside however that it’s not the fault of the hotel.
