We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Ligo in Marseille! We booked two apartments as we were traveling with my parents, and they were incredibly comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, everything was functional and made traveling as a family so easy. What really stood out, was all the thoughtful touches and the warmth of the staff. From the lovely handwritten welcome note and gift waiting for us upon arrival, to the fresh and varied breakfast, everything made us feel genuinely welcomed. We also loved the afternoon snack bar, and a very special mention has to go to Zakaria, who was absolutely wonderful. He has such a warm and engaging personality and makes an effort to connect with every guest, adults and children alike. His friendliness and genuine hospitality added something very special to our stay. Our only regret is that we stayed for just one night! We highly recommend this hotel.

We were expecting a bottle of champagne when we arrived. That never happened. The cleaning staff didn’t always replenish our towels or coffee had to ask the front desk 3 of 7 days. Likes the hydration station, it was very handy. Front desk staff always greeted us as we arrived or leaving for the day. That’s was also nice.

Great Stop, Fab AC, Spacious Rooms!

I was so grateful to the staff for letting us check in so late due to a wildfire and the airport delaying our flight. He kept in touch over WhatsApp. The rooms are huge for Europe! We were very comfortable. AC in July was super cold! Great place if you’re just sight seeing for a few days and not in the room too much and in need of a pool etc. thank you Hotel Ligo!
