This was a great stay in Marseille, couldn't recommend enough! We had a quick trip for a night and wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms were very clean and it was located perfectly (right by the metro stop to easily get to St Charles station). But just note, the rooms are small so there's not too much space to store your things (we just had carryons so it was okay). The beds are also pretty basic but expected for a boutique hotel. Overall had a great experience for what we were looking for.

The staffs were very helpful. From checking us in early and ordering us the ride. Hotels has all the things that was expected. There's a supermarket, metro & eatery closeby. Most importantly we felt safe and it is about 8-10 mins walk to the Vieuxport and main attractions. Would highly recommend and hope to come back in future. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

It was very loud outside as my room was on the ground floor. I could hear the cars passing by a lot, it was not relaxing. The room is not very big, would only recommend for sleeping and not relaxing in. The staff were great and the interior was lovely, with a brand new shower. Location is great too but would recommend staying on the 1st floor or higher

I’m leaving this hotel with wonderful memories. I particularly appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and the high standard of service. Everything was well cared for, and the staff’s thoughtful attention made my stay even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided in the room: tea and coffee, a coffee machine, slippers, and high-quality soap and shower gel. These details made my stay more comfortable and showed genuine care for guests. During my stay, I interacted with three members of the reception team, and all three were wonderful—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Each of them deserves sincere thanks. I would especially like to commend the Armenian member of the reception team for his outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help. His thoughtful approach and the care he took with every request were a true example of excellent hospitality. Thank you to the whole team for the spotless surroundings, warm welcome, and comfortable stay. I would happily return and recommend this hotel.
