"Super helpful and easy to get ahold of. Awesome stay"

"We had to leave before the shuttle but they made sure we had a cab booked and covered it for us. Which was unexpected"

"Rooms were spacious and clean"

"Good"

"Was hoping for a hot tub. Couches in lounge could use some love. Room service exceptional."

"We were grateful for the upgrade to the one-bedroom suite. Regrettably, several of the room’s electrical outlets were non-functional. Given our brief stay of only one night, we refrained from expressing any dissatisfaction. I had to request a plunger due to the persistent clogging of the toilet. Despite this minor inconvenience, the bed provided exceptional comfort, enabling us to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. We departed promptly in the morning."

"The check-in process and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and nice."

"Room suited our needs well. Although we were up a floor, there was an elevator directly outside the door. The bed was different than we are used to, but overall comfortable. Close to Costco for some last minute airplane snacks and a light dinner. Very short shuttle ride to YVR Airport and it’s included with your stay. Our flight was very early and the shuttle got us there in good time. The price was fair for the convenience aspect."

"Good location near the airport with shuttle available. Restaurants nearby. Furniture dated in room but clean."

"Flexible host."

"Clean room. Lucy was very kind and helpful. Property met our needs perfectly."
