"Clean room. Lucy was very kind and helpful. Property met our needs perfectly."

"By far, my favourite hotels to stay are Fairmont hotels. Beds are superior in comfort, like sleeping on a cloud. Always friendly and helpful staff and love the Le Labo Rose 31 shampoo, conditioner and body lotion."

"Nice stay before and after an international vacation."

"Clean and quiet hotel, located near sky train and vehicle rentals. Staff is always friendly, restaurant’s happy hour is great!"

"The staff were all very courteous specially at the restaurant where we had our breakfast- they were very polite and helpful. Plus I really liked the surrounding within the Hotel with many restaurants and of course the Aberdeen Mall in front of our Hotel. I would highly recommend this Hotel"

"We like the warm pool with slide. The fitness area is quite small but it is functional. We like our stay as we have been upgraded to a balcony suite."

"Location is convenient for airport travellers. The airport shuttle was appreciated. The room was clean. However, rooms are infused with a scent that cannot be removed. As a scent-sensitive person, this triggered breathing difficulties- I hardly slept all night. If you are like me, this isn’t the location for you. I will not be returning. Sadly, Reporting to the front desk didn’t prompt an acknowledgment that perhaps not all travellers would appreciate the air quality."

"Handy for the airport"

"Flexible host."

"Great place to stay!"

"comfortable and easy"

"The lounge is beyond relaxing, their cocktail list is creative and delicious. The restaurant is great for romantic dinners and small get togethers. The staff are wonderful and the hotel spaces are well kept. A great location in the heart of downtown Vancouver with lots to do nearby."

"Came for short pleasure trip, place had everything I needed and the best shower! Will be back."
