"Beds was horrible I have to live because was not able to sleep garbage was all around not good at all"

"There was a party going on during our stay. The kids that were part of this party were extremely rude: 8 kids under the age of 13 unsupervised by an adult in the pool area, hitting each other with wet towels they were putting in the pool, every other word out of their mouths was a curse word, during breakfast they were purposely over filling the cups for waffles and the parents just stood there and watched, they were arguing in the halls at 12am and running up and down the halls. The room was clean and nice. The staff was great, besides not addressing the trouble makers. We paid $200 for a one night stay and we weren’t able to enjoy the common areas. "

"I paid for a suite with 2 queen beds and a couch for 3 people. I went to check in and my room was given to someone else. The onky thing available was 1 bed, and i had to sleep on the floor."

"The walls are paper thin and you can here conversations as if you are in the same room. We were given a first floor room and I slept a total of maybe 2 hours. I could hear everything the person in the nnext room was saying or arguing about it was aweful. The hotel itself was fine but thinability to sleep which is the main purpose of a hotel was impossible. Would never stay here again "
