"The room was not ready for check in until late in the day. The person checking us in said that they were running short on staff. We had traveled over 12 hours expecting to check into our room at 7 pm EST (6 pm local time). We had to wait about 45 minutes. The next day, at the breakfast they were serving dry cereal and no milk. There were other items available but I found it odd that they didn't have milk for the cereal. On one of the weekend days, there was a large group of people causing ruckus in the elevator and lobby area. They would swim in the pool and come out dripping wet in the lobby and elevators making the floors slippery. The facilities are a saving grace. The room was spacious, amenities were good. They have hot water, tea, coffee and cocoa available 24/7. Some people were taking advantage of this, making a mess in that area by opening the pouches and spilling the contents on the floor. They need to have more staff on hand to handle these scenarios."

"We checked in at 830pm friday 4/1/26. The room was dirty. We bought $40 worth of cleaning supplies to make the room comfortable to stay in and safe enough to bring our belongings in. The Management and staff were inconsiderate about the cleanliness when we reported it, and would not accommodate us for the loss of our money we spent to clean the room. There was dust and hair all over. The walls near the floor were filthy. The toilet was not sturdy, it rocked ever time it was used. Like you could just lift it from the floor. The bathroom door looked like it hadn't been wiped in days. The door to the room had no seal so outside activities could be heard and you could smell the use of tobacco come through the door. I will never use this motel again. Nor will I advise anyone I know to go there as well."
