"Great facilities and studio apartment was nice. Kids bunk room was very small as in it only fit the bunks inside it and it was a bit tricky to do the after hours check in late at night when we were very tired and there was no staff. Would recommend arriving when there is staff at the office. "

"The hostel is well connected for public transport - 5-15 mobs depending on which one you need. It's clean and the staff are very nice. One thing to hear in mind is that the doors are very heavy, so they slam shut alot, so definitely bring ear plugs! This was enough for me as I slept well. The only thing I didn't like is that some if my fellow travellers found it amusing to bang on the door to the room I was staying on one night and try to kick down the door of my neighbour's room on another night. Obviously this is not down to the hostel this is other travellers, but certainly not ideal. "

"Renovation was going on while we were there. Our room had serious electrical problems (sparks coming from outlets, being shocked, lights getting dim and bright). We ended up changing rooms twice in the middle of the night. No compensation was given."

"Staff was great and helped several times with adding a night. Giving me extra time in morning before housekeeping, and just miscellaneous questions I had. Rooms are wonderful and I love the amenities. Used sauna every day. Also my son lives here and it was easy for us to use your social spaces to visit and chill. "
