Bob W Kaarti was a great choice of place to stay in Helsinki. Although there’s no checkin desk, communications were really straightforward over WhatsApp, so when we had any questions, it was quick and easy to get answers. A really big plus about this place is the location- we walked pretty much everywhere- close to the harbour, close to town and close to lots of museums. Also worth noting that the levels of cleanliness were really high - everything was spotless. Plus, the efforts towards being environmentally conscious were another plus point. I think the value was also really good. Great stay - recommended.

ホテル全体やお部屋は清掃もよくされており、気持ちよく滞在できました。1階の共用キッチンでも気持ちよく自炊出来ました。すぐ近くに大きなスーパーがあるので買い出しも楽です。ただ、部屋の暖房・クーラーは一元管理されているので、各部屋ごとで調節することはできないらしく、少し寒い時もありました。私は借りませんでしたが、ヒーターの貸し出しも出来ると書いてあったので、借りてもいいですね。洗濯も本当に助かりました（無料）。 一つ星を下げた理由としては、事前にオンラインチェックインを済ませていたのに、当日になっても、いただいたページにホテルの玄関のパスワードや部屋のドアのパスワードが表示されなかったためです。23時にホテルに到着して、最初ホテルにも入れないし、部屋にも入れないしで、海外で野宿になるかと本気で焦りました。いただいていたページをくまなく探した結果、なんとかホテルとチャットすることが出来た（返信はとても早くて助かった）ので、無事に入室できました。なぜこのようなことになったか質問したところ「システムの不具合」との返信が来ました。また、滞在中も何組もの方がホテルの玄関で入れず困っている方を見つけたので、システムが少し調子悪いのかもしれないですね。

Well designed property in a very convenient location! The room was really cute and I loved that they listed the design details with some local options. Also very nice bath products. The only thing I didn’t like is that if something goes wrong, it’s not easy to get into immediate contact with a human to help. But I guess that’s part of having a contactless hotel. Otherwise it was great and I’d stay again!
