The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

On a positive note, the hotel offered a good selection of movie channels and is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Brooklyn Bridge and Canal Street."
