"Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara! As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa. We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa. When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels. They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water. When we tried to use the gym, none of the equipment’s were working and...

The hotel was very comfortable and well located, within easy walking distance of both the train station and central Sorrento. This made getting around simple and stress-free. "The staff was exceptionally kind! And they allowed us to leave our bags with them after we checked out. The only thing to be aware of is like almost everything else on Capri it is on a narrow road without a sidewalk Our room had a spectacular view of the Marina Grande!!! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel, and the rooms were very clean and in great conditon. They had great amenities too. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, lots of choices like eggs, yougurt, ham, cheese and many different cakes. It is also walking distance to Sorrento and lots of restaurants. The only con is that the beds were really hard. Other than that it's excellent. "
