The best location and the best view, surrounded by a beautiful garden! The hotel is away from all the noise but a walkable distance to the city centre. Staff were very professional and friendly! My room was very spacious and filled with natural light! The bed was extremely comfortable! I extended my stay for 2 more nights!

Breakfast. Same everyday Concierge. Could have been far more helpful. Only quoted taxi options which are v expensive when could have told us about buses to nerano. Only quoted private boat tours to capris when could have told us about semi private. Shuttle. Advertises shuttle to town and back but gets booked up super early. Put on more shuttles! Hotel overall tho great and staff super friendly

A beautiful property right on the water with excellent coastal views and a private beach. It has a large pool and great gardens and has a great beachfront restaurant. Only about 10 minutes from the City Center and Ferry Docs.

Stunning views, a heavenly garden, a wonderful breakfast. The most beautiful hotel in the Sorrento region. Many thanks to everyone, from the reception staff to the cleaning and restaurant staff. I cannot say enough on how helpful the staff was. We had an issue with the room the first day, Diane and Raja went out of their way in resolving issue and moved us to a different room. The staff at breakfast Marianna and her team was very welcoming and helpful and friendly. We had an enjoyable stay.

This property was stunning from the moment you pass through the park grounds. Before you get to the hotel itself, you begin to decompress. you enter the lobby and are greeted by the whole of Sorrento/Naples Bay with Vesuvius in the background. It is stunning. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. The staff. the amenities, the food are all top rated. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, varied and FRESH..... cheeses, fruits, Italian coldcuts, traditional breakfasts to order from their chef's station, not to be missed. Your choice of the beach at the bay, or the saltwater pool. equally wonderful with the staff attentive to the guests whims, Dinners in the main dining room. or the beachside restaurant are great,,,,evening cocktails on the patio, with Vesuvius ever present,,, Attention by the staff was universally outstanding,,,, to name a few would be a slight on the rest,,,,,ALL OUTSTANDING.... Staff was very helpful in arranging day trips to Herculaneum and Amalfi boat cruises, We will be planning our next years trip to end at this property, to unwind, relax and savor all that Parc dei Principi and Sorrento have to offer.
