"We had a lovely stay. Esther was so helpful and kind. The accomodation is a little old but was very affordable. We noticed no tissue box in the bathrooms but they did supply soap and body wash. The views were nice but it was noisy as the Gold coast had a lot of road closures for an upcoming event. This made driving a little slower and more inconvienient than a normal day."

"For the money, is a no. I have stayed at the Ruby as a hotel guest previously, and I have now stayed at the Ruby as Serain resident guest. Every day of the week I would chose and prefer to stay at the ruby as a hotel guest, because the room was cleaner, fresher and in a far better condition. "
