Absolutely loved our stay at De Villa apartments. Felt very homely and well worth the little extra for the ocean view room. Stunning view, straight across the road from the beach, fantastic facilities (pool, hottub, outdoor bbq/kitchen/dining area, and fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. Ticked all my boxes. The Apartment was spacious with good views. Kitchen had everything I required. The Master bedroom was modern with a massive walk in robe. Only down side was some where and tear here and there, in particular with some of the blinds.

Nice but needs renovation

It was a spacious apartment and the views were incredible. It was also very dated, original brown wood veneer kitchen and bathrooms from the 70’s. My sister had the same in her apartment too, so don’t be fooled by lots of the modern glossy white furniture photos as you may not get that in reality. Single glazed windows so it is somewhat noisy if you don’t like the sound of wind. Lovely amenities, very nice pool and bbq area with changing rooms with steam room. Friendly staff.

I loved my stay here, I was in the executive bedroom on the 20th floor and absolutely loved the room, view, space & just everything also there is a beach literally right across !! I would definitely recommend this place to stay for a weekend or so…

Overall an excellent accommodation has all and more amenities needed, loved the pool, spa and sauna. The only thing was the couch needs upgrading or washing. Amazing experience and lots of nice memories

We had an amazing stay. Our 3 bedroom was huge! So much space and it had all the amenities including the little touches like an umbrella and pool noodle & boogie boards for the kids. The views were great. To be able to walk across the road and be on the beach or grab a delicious merlo coffee was so nice and easy. Then to come back and go straight through the pool gate, just couldn’t get better, we loved it!

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was super spacious and had amazing views. Only down side was one bedroom fan wasn’t working and there are long term renovations happening in some other apartments that can be noisey throughout the day.

False advertising, you showed ocean views for a 1 bedroom superior apartment and when I arrived they don’t prioritise booking sights . I got 2nd floor car park views . Not happy with that but the apartment and location were good

We really liked this massive apartment. It has board games, a full laundry etc. Very clean and well kept and a lovely quiet place to sleep in walking distance to nice areas and a short Uber to SeaWorld etc. My only concern was that the pool was closed for repair, which was a bit disappointing and I think could have been communicated prior and perhaps a discount offered. Having a pool is kind of a quintessential part of a holiday on the Goldcoast but there is a very close beach and park so still plenty of outdoor fun to be had.
