"We stayed in a Junior Suite which was perfect for us and our toddler. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We arrived at around 2am in the morning after our flight was delayed but the staff were still super friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast daily at the restaurant on site which had good options and we really appreciated the effort that the manager made with our son each day, even bringing him his favourite drink each morning as soon as we arrived. Having the pool was a great addition as we ended most days with a swim after being in the heat and humidity. The laundry was also another convenient amenity to have access to, especially when traveling in summer. The location was amazing and backs onto City Hall station making it easy to get around Seoul. There are lots of restaurant options on the same street as the hotel and surrounding area, as well as multiple convenience stores and cafes. It's also an easy walk to places including Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
