"Great amenities inside our room. It has dry/steam cleaning. Staffs were very helpful. There was issue on the a/C but they manage to fix it right away. Overall, the place is perfect for us.."

"Good hotel at a good location. It is near to Hongdae shopping areas and is right next to the airport limousine bus stop and train station. Only issue i have with the hotel is that the lift takes forever to come. It is not uncommon to wait for 3 minutes plus for or more the lift to come. Also i dislike the pillow. But this is more of a personal preference. The room can gets noisy at times as it is right next to the road. Also whenever i turn on the shower or tap with hot water there will be a strange sound likely caused by the water pressure. Beside that, everything is good and should not deter you from considering this hotel."

"Location was great for the Subway and Olive Young. The gym is pretty decent. Tried the buffet after a long day of sightseeing and it was good."

"The staff were super welcoming. Any little thing I needed they accommodated. The house keeping staff were my favorite. Super sweet people! I enjoyed my stay. I loved the area of the property very convenient especially if you are doing a lot of shopping"

"Great location! The room is very nice. The only complaint is that I have to ask for my room to be cleaned. It was left uncleaned for 3 days. Once I asked, they came right away."

"Hotel is well located within Seoul, not far from Seoul Station making it a good hub for getting around. It is along the Seoullo city walkway. Room was a good size, good bathroom, comfy bed, plug sockets by the bed and across the room. Hotel is located above the Seoulista bar which is a really nice craft beer bar with good food. Seems very popular with the locals."

"Clean room, friendly staff, close to restaurants and can get uber easily but the bus and subway stations are closeby. The free breakfast was amazing and the views were great. Just hoping the room would have been bigger but we did have 3 large luggages with us"
