"We checked out 47 minutes ago. Our room was clean. Staff was extremely helpful. The person doing the breakfast was very helpful, inviting. Breakfast was delicious, although you guys did not have no chicken or turkey breakfast options. My family don’t eat pork. The hot tub was the best. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed this day. Thank you. We appreciate it until next time"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was good enough. The breakfast was great for our family to be included in the stay. Appreciated parking being easy and overall was a lovely experience."

"We were on the first floor on the same hall and on your way to the pool,we were worried about the noise but will say they must have the best doors in the business because we never heard anything even when I went out to get something our TV was turned up quite a bit and you couldn't hear anything."

"Good"

"Hotel was very lowd. Called the front desk several times to quite the noise. It went on until 1-2 in the morning. Be careful before you book this hotel."

"Breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced at a Hilton property. I chose this property based on positive reviews for breakfast, so was especially disappointed when I came to breakfast an hour before it was scheduled to end but found that many food items were already gone or the machine was not working (yogurt machine, oatmeal, egg patties, hot water, sausage) and would not be replaced, plus utensils were missing! It was also set up in a very confusing way. When we complained to management...

"The staff, especially the bar staff. Everytime we left or entered it was like a family. They were great. Location was great"

"I usually book at Extended 6 but this time, I was a disappointed with the room cleanliness. Room was uncleaned and bed poorly made. The odor in the room was bad."

"Due to a reservation date fowl-up at another hotel, the Holiday Inn Express was most accommodating! I was able to make an immediate reservation quickly with no problems. Susan at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. She was the most cheerful person at the hotel and answered every question I could come up with! What an awesome customer service attitude!"

"Clean room and comfortable bed. There was an odor in our room and the bathroom needs updating, but clean and inexpensive."

"Should say something about the property that I keep returning to stay there. The staff is friendly, the facilities are date yet clean, and the continental breakfast is excellent."
