Room was clean, room had nice bathroom shower and bed was comfy, staff was very friendly ... both early evening at the check in and then when i came down to check out t in the morning the woman in the bistro making coffee, among other things, was wonderful & cheerful ...wishing me a great day.. very nice to see these days! Great location, felt safe, even had an inside parking garage spot for me and i was grateful since the snow was coming down real hard all night!

I had a great stay at this location. I saw previous reviews talking about a green light on the ceiling keeping them awake, I did not find the faint green light to be an issue. Next time I’m in Rochester I would stay here again.

The hotel was perfectly located for the JazzFest that happened to be going on when we arrived in Rochester. The staff were amazing - always positive and helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean. The gym was great - even has a Peloton! We'll stay there again for sure!
