"Nice hotel. Very quiet and relaxing. The bakery next to the hotel was a must stop in the morning. The 7 11 on property was most welcome."

"Breakfast we were not a fan of. Ate mostly fruit, toast and boiled eggs. Trash collection was an issue too. Housekeeping took are the recyclables but left the bag of trash they we properly secured in a plastic bag for disposal. The bathroom (toilet) is cramped. The washer/dryers were not working either. Besides that, the room was clean, great view of Shinjuku with beautiful sunrises, and excellent location. Central to almost everywhere we wanted to go. "

"We had a great experience staying at the property. Super convenient for early meals and late dinners and connected to sunshine city mall and minutes away from all kinds of shopping. Only issue i had was trying to drop off dirty laundry for laundry service. The front desk clerk told me they didn't do that. I had to show them the laundry tag that had the hotel name on it and the laundry bag provided in room with the hotel logo. Probably new but the language barrier was a challenge. Another great perk. The ikebukuro EV bus stops right outside the lobby. Two routes for a fun trip around the area"

"Solid location in Shinjuku. Lots to do nearby, easy transport to the whole of Tokyo. They held our bags after checkout for a full day in Tokyo as we left in the evening. Rooms are very tight as is standard in the area. No complaints!"

"The room was clean. It was in a great location and the staff very friendly. The room was small but if you're only there to sleep it was not bad. It also has an onsen on site work checking out. It is a budget friendly option. "
