"We were given an accessible room which we didnt mind as it has wider space. Few minor things:
the tap in the bathroom was a bit loose from its base but doesnt affect its function although it is wobbly,towels were very small like face towels and not the bath towels one would expect from a hotel and no hair dryer.
Had the best restful sleep as beds were very comfortable.
Staff are amazing,all very helpful , polite and genuinely kind.
Facilities need a bit of TLC but not major enough to dampen our stay.
Have rebooked to stay again ...."
