Nice hotel, in a safe neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was a little disappointing. A cooked omelette - and some fruit/bread

ALL of the staff was just so FREAKING AMAZING that i simply cannot say enough good things about them! They made me feel so incredibly welcome and appreciated during my entire stay!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such warm and inviting friendliness in a staff along with such satisfyingly helpful customer service! They provided me every luxury and accommodation available and i genuinely recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone staying in Manila Philippines!!! 5 stars!!!

The property seems new and clean to me. The area is relatively quiet and safe, with Lawson and KFC at walking distance. The staffs are welcoming and great. It took 5-15 mins for them to deliver the supplies I asked for after calling the front desk. It’s really fast in the Philippines. Bring moisturizer when you stay in this hotel, I believe there is a dehumidifier running even AC is off. It’s a positive because this hotel doesn’t seem to have any mold problem. The room is spacious, clean and sufficient with lights.

Facilities and staff members were excellent, except for the menu order. It took late to get the messages "the cuisine that you ordered is unavailable" from the restaurant's staff. Some of the staff memebers at the hotel restaurant were so smart that he just remembered my name right away.

New Policy

Hotel has a, quote "new policy", that allow them to only serve the breakfast buffet if they feel like it doing it. Doesnt matter if you payed for it or if its in your reservation/booking.. this policy triumphs that. Dont expect breakfast buffet here.

Not so good service.

If you request for an early check in and late check out like an hour there is an extra charge of which is ridiculous. They will only have a breakfast buffet if there are 80 or more occupants. That is just insane.

I’ll start off by saying, no I have not complained and won’t about my stay here! All the staff are great people! There is potential for a 5star hotel here, but it’s been neglected for so long.. they’re struggling to maintain a decent stay. I booked for 22 nights and received a below par room with a horrific view of a rotted terrace. Being from the USA, and not being here for a touristy vacation per say, the price is lower than a motel 6 so I’m very tolerant and won’t complain about the carpets making my feet dirty, the closet lights never turn off, one door doesn’t close and one light has no on/off capability. But, BY FAR the staff kindness and hospitality overwhelmingly exceeds these few quality issues, so I am more than satisfied with choosing Hotel Benilde! I would still recommend staying here as many of these issues may not even be noticed on a short stay. It’s CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE with a phenomenal vibe from the staff! Honestly the only thing I can’t stop being mad about is the pool hours, closing at 7pm daily in an international vacation city should be illegal!
Huge building length terrace not accessible. Such a potential asset being left to rot :(

전반적으로 좋았어요 단지 아쉬운거는 수영장이 어디있는지 표시가 전혀 없구 식당은 네프킨이 없어서 불편했어요 직원들에 친절함은 너무 좋았어요 방도 생각보다 넓고 깨끗했어요 무엇보다 욕실이 맘에 들었어요 정말 깨끗해요 아쉬운건 층층이 무엇이 있는지 알려주는 표지판 같은게 있으면 좋겠다 생각이 들었어요
