I needed this hotel for 1 night. I was worried if it would be safe or clean because of the price. I was very surprised at how nice it was. Beds were comfortable. I had a nice view. Great tv channels. The only issue was a sporadic drilling sound that went on until 8-9pm and started back up at 6am.

Basic new hotel

We stayed in Hop Inn as we needed a place near Veterans Memorial Hospital so it will be easy to visit our patient there. After a long day at the hospital it is such a relief to rest in a clean and quiet hotel. It is such a basic hotel. No refrigerator nor kettle inside the room. There’s a convenience store next to the hotel. SM North Edsa and Trinoma mall are close by.

Poor service

The hotel lacks an amenity kit and has poor customer service, with no response on Viber or WhatsApp. Additionally, it is very noisy. However, it is conveniently located near shopping malls.

New Hop Inn North Edsa

Price was a steal for their opening months. Had to try the new rooms. Great location being right across Trinoma. But nothing much to do after mall hours. Check in was just a bit long. Took them 30 minutes. Understandable due to the new staff and number of people checking in. Lots of parking compared to other Hop Inn. Nice views either facing Edsa or the back. Good that you won't hear the EDSA traffic. Very eco friendly. Water station in every floor. Best if they also have a water pitcher aside from the 2 glasses. Comfortable stay. Highly recommended. Would stay again.
