"This is a property where Expedia doesn't get a great room. My room was against a roadway and there was only warm water. I was called on the telephone at about 5 am after not sleeping well to start. The hotel changed my room twice after a wait of almost 3 hours but the room was barely better. I would have rather been left where i was than to wait so long to change rooms. They eventual did offer something and i was happier. Thanks Patrick "

"Clean building, nice staff, alot of food and coffee shops very very close (Starbucks, 7/11, Dunkin, and Zus coffee). Easy to find when taking Grab taxi app. Nice pool on the 9th floor. Kitchen has a few pans/utensils/plates to use. 2 airconditioners work excellent and freezes the room right away. Any concern was handled immediatly. Only thing i would change are the pillows. It feels like there is one big balloon inside instead of soft plush pillows. Id highly recommend they get better pillows but everything else was excellent. Overall would probably return."
