"The location is excellent, but unfortunately, this hotel feels poorly managed and neglected. Several front desk staff members had a dismissive attitude, chatting among themselves while guests waited in line instead of paying attention. The doormen were also often busy talking and did not help with the doors.
Our room was extremely dirty. Housekeeping seemed limited to straightening the bedding, with dust throughout the room, heavy buildup under the bed, and visible dirt in the bathroom corners...

"Nice enough hotel, a little older but comfortable. Staff service can be mixed. One day despite asking for housekeeping 3 times starting at 9 am room was not clean by 4 pm."

"Great location in a nice area on upper West Side close to lots of cafes, shopping, museums, parks. Clean, newly renovated room (we stayed in Deluxe King), nice lobby with lounge and bar with live music on one of the nights. Helpful, accommodating staff. We will be back. Parking is expensive (just like everywhere in NYC) and couple of blocks away. Valet parking wasn't available during our stay."
