"This was one of my favorite hotels in my entire 2 week trip! We stayed in 4 different hotels from Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo (including the famous Imperial Hotel Tokyo) and the Nogha had a great bed, great service, fantastic restaurant in house and many more benefits and pluses. The room was small but incredibly efficient, the rain shower head was amazing and refreshing after the long days, the lobby gacha was cute and I won a free drink coin plus 10% off in the restaurant! We also had an experience where we lost a CPAP machine on a taxi we took from one hotel to the Nogha and the amazing front desk help (Naoko and another wonderful woman whose name I cannot remember) helped us by calling the taxi company, confirmed they had it, and informed them that we would be making the trip to come get it that night so it made the retrieval so much simpler. Also loved the DJ they had playing the 24-26th at the Pizza restaurant, and the restaurant was also extremely good and we enjoyed our first taste of Japanese pizza."

"enjoyed my stay at this hotel! having the restaurant in the hotel was a nice option. japanese breakfast was delicious. staff were wonderfully attentive and available always. had no problem with requesting towels or any toiletries - the cleaning schedule made sense. beds and pillows were very comfortable. we stayed in the triple room - 3 adults: the room was on the smallish side but we made it work. there was enough surface area to be able to leave some of your belongings out. i havent stayed in many tokyo hotels but it seemed pretty on par with the other hotels i've stayed at. the one big plus was that they were three individual beds and not like two beds and a sofa bed. the only thing was that while there were a lot of train options, they were all mostly at least a 6-10 minute walk away depending on fast you walk. it wasn't too far but it was far enough to be annoying especially at the end of the day when you're just tired and want to get back to your room. no fault of the hotel's but still something i think to take note of. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Akihabara Washington Hotel and would absolutely give it five stars. The location is excellent, especially for exploring Akihabara and getting around Tokyo easily. The hotel felt safe, organized, and comfortable throughout my stay. What stood out most was the staff. Every interaction I had was positive. The front desk team was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. Their professionalism made the experience smooth and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room itself was comfortable and served its purpose well. Housekeeping did a solid job, and the overall environment felt calm and well managed. There are just a couple areas where I think improvement would make the stay even better. The walls in some areas looked like they were due for a fresh coat of paint, which would really brighten things up. Also, the dryers in the laundry area were unfortunately very ineffective. It was difficult to properly dry clothes, which made doing laundry in the hotel frustrating. Overall, though, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. The staff alone made it worth it, and I appreciate the hospitality very much."
