"Me and my son stayed here for a city break. The staff were all lovely. Especially Steve in the front desk who interacted and kept remembering my son’s name. Room was clean and comfey. Hotel is in an easy walking distance spot for the train stations, museums and shopping."

"Really good hotel, only negatives were the window view was yards from a building site and mould was starting on the grout on the shower"

"I never had anything to eat in the restaurant.i did sit down but after 10 mins walked out.glad that i didnt need a hairdrier or curling tongs.as it would have been imposible to plug them in.the plugs are on the desktop.no chance of plugging anything in.but friendly staff.didnt have breakfast as up too early for flight"

"We were on foot from the station so very convenient. We found all the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. The furnishings in our room excellent and lovely new carpets everywhere. Very supportive bed, immaculate bathroom and constant extremely hot water. Breakfast excellent with fresh looking and tasty items which we enjoyed at out table overlooking the canal. Couldn`t fault it!. "

"The staff was professional and accommodating. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The bar was limited. The exercise room was better than most, but small. Location is perfect. Value for money is good. "
