"I like this place we'll locate it"

"My room had a very bad, musty smell. I told the lady receptionist I’d like a different room. She told me they were booked and I would have to request for it again the next day. So the next day came. My toilet did not flush. Again, I requested for another room. I told another receptionist about my ordeal. She said she would have maintenance look at the room and fixed what needed to be fix before they would even consider my request for a different room. Mind you, I did not even bring up the fact I...

"Clean room, kind staff at breakfast and well located."

"Great location, staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Restaurant, breakfast and the rooftop bar/ resto were fantastic. The room was super fantastic. In short, I feel the hotel was super nice and compact and offered Travellers to Santiago everything that they need. Special mention to Johan and Eli for their positivity and help in making our stay fantastic. This place is highly recommended."

"Great stay in a great location. Would stay again"

"The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again."

"Very nice hotel with very attentive and courteous staff. The location was excellent close to restaurants and main attractions and with a beautiful park at the front. Rooms were small but comfortable beds."

"Staff was really helpful especially Braulio if you have any questions he will answer them"

"My daughter, son, and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Loreto very much. The staff there was so welcoming, courteous, and kind. The location was very good and walking distance from most of the major attractions in Santiago. It is also near several metro stations if you want to use public transit. While the hotel does not serve breakfast, they do offer the most amazing coffee throughout the day. One the first floor, there is a very cozy dining room where you can eat in and meet other travelers. ...
