"Sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang durch Athena, die gute Seele vom Hotel. Super Bedienung am Frühstück und Abendessen. Kurze Taxifahrt ins Dorf Malia, oder man mietet ein Auto, um noch verschiedene schöne Strände zu erforschen. (Potamos Beach mit Kalyva Taverna sehr empfehlenswert) Einen sehr lieber 3 Beiniger Kater hat uns im Hotel begleitet… für Kinder einfach unvergesslich. "This is such a brilliant hotel for young families. It’s a really beautiful place with some lovely restaurants, bars & some cute additions like the gelateria & the little on-site kafenio. The staff are brilliant with kids and they’ve thought of everything you need. Malia isn’t the prettiest area, but parts of the Old Town are charming with some lovely, great value restaurants. My only criticism of this hotel how expensive the restaurant are. We chose not to go half board or all-included but I...

"Stayed there in June 2025. Staff were fantastic. Hotel really good. Only thing I would have slightly criticised was the lack of water heating in the swimming pools. Still able to enjoy a swim, though. Otherwise, I couldn’t fault it at all."
