"Solo se perdieron una estrella porque la cocina no estaba funcionando para la cena. Todo lo de más, increíble!"

"We love this place and keeping returning. Beautiful architecture, charm, kind and helpful staff, convenient location, safe parking, and great food."

"This hotel was a fantastic find and an ideal end to our 4 week holiday before we fly back to the UK. This is a tranquil haven with fabulous friendly staff, wonderful food that is cultivated in their garden and lovely gardens to walk around. We took the opportunity to ride horses around the locality from the stables which was so pleasurable. Well-schooled horses for us as less experienced riders with views across the valleys just breathtaking. We loved the fires lit for us in the hotel and our...

"Realmente bueno, lo recomiendo al cien."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel! Newly renovated historic building with impressive collection of art & antiques throughout the lobby."

"This hotel is located as part of the Polo Club in Quito. It is nestled in a quiet location of Quito that is accessible through a circuitous route along minor roads (from the airport). The rooms were enormous, like 20' x 40' with vaulted ceilings with a very old world charm of brick walls and beamed ceilings. Classic furnishings with a big fireplace make the space unique. There is a bit of funkiness to the overall space but very clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, both...

"Beautiful, clean, comfortable hostal in a good location with delicious affordable restaurant attached. Staff were really nice and really helpful. Highly recommend."

"Average experience: no water bottles in the rooms"

"The gardens, the spa, the room, everything was beautiful. I really appreciated the service and how it was very personalized."

"Staff and shuttle driver were friendly and helpful and room was clean. Property was rather noisy as two events were in progress. Staff did accommodate my request for a quieter room but not the best place to stay if you need quiet (especially on the weekends)."

"What a lovely spot to end the day of several flights from the states to Quito. They made sure a driver was there at the airport to pick us up. Then to wake up to llamas and alpacas right out side our windows was a bit magical. Nothing fancy but clean and cared for. Great breakfast by the very kind Judy. I would stay again as it brought me back to an era of summer villas including on that my parents owned in a small town in New York where I grew up."

"Great place, great service , comfortable"

"Nice clean safe place to stay at near the airport."

"La hostería en general es muy bonita, tiene dos piscinas, varios hidromasajes, un lugar tranquilo y familiar. No me encantó la comida."

"Loved Hacienda! A beautiful stay only 15 mins from the airport but felt like you were surrounded by pure nature in a different world than the city of Quito. The walk on the trails is stunning, and the history is fascinating to learn how the owners discovered the tunnels on site and the Incan history connected to it. Oscar is so knowledgeable on the history! Beautiful rooms, amazing food, the grounds are so peaceful it’s hard to think you are in Quito, lots of wild coloured birds, so many...
