"I would say to everyone look beyond the bad reviews,the staff are very helpfull friendly and will do their best to facilitatee your reequests. The facility has changed since some of the bad reviews in that there is piwer during the day unless generator being topped up. The snorkling around the facilty is good and even better when the turtles pass daily. The food is good and varied over the 4 nights we stayed. "The room was super warm and humid. The windows couldn't shut fully and had incects coming in. The opposite of the property have chickens and dogs that will make noise super early in the morning. There were some lion dance practices till late at night. The room have no poles/hooks to hang stuff. Only have a small row of hooks behind the door. The property wall had tissue paper stuffed in it and multiple defects on the wall. The property has very noisy flooring, I can hear everyone walking...

"We stayed here for 4 nights with kids and family..As soon as u enter the property it feels good,big,fresh & clean.. Very well located with main attractions 8-10 mins by taxi specially the malls The property is managed very well with a very nice and big supermarket on the ground floor level Property also has some nice shops and cafe + 1 big library also(watsons) Room service is good and helpful too Recommend to stay here considering the price we paid 😃😁"

"Aloft is centrally located with direct access to the KL train hub. The KLIA Express connects to the airport smoothly. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet (around US$16 pp) with a great variety of Western and Southeastern Asian cuisines. The rooms are very spacious and sparsely furnished, with very comfortable beds and pillows (and a not-so-comfortable sofa by the window). The train hub connects to a shopping center with an extensive selection of stores and restaurants, where you can find any amenity you may need. Highly recommended hotel."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay and were generally impressed with the hotel. The service was good, the facilities were great, and the room itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and up to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. There are a few areas that I feel could be improved. The children’s playground, in particular, could be further improved. Given the overall quality of the hotel’s facilities, I expected the playground to be a little more well-equipped. The restaurant is another area where I feel there is room for improvement. Unfortunately, the food quality did not quite match the standards I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Some of the dishes, such as curry mee, Chinese tea eggs, roti paratha, and ayam berempah, are relatively simple local favourites, but the quality were below average. These dishes could be improved significantly in terms of taste. Overall, the hotel room, service, and facilities were very good. With some improvements to the children’s playground and especially the restaurant’s food quality, I believe the overall experience could be elevated to better reflect the hotel’s 5-star positioning."
