Good size, great location. Working wifi. Very friendly staff and great communication re checkin etc. Fair value for money. The property was basic and needed some smartening up. Be prepared to buy loo roll and dishwasher tablets (one of each left for three day stay). Daily housekeeping didn’t happen so these weren’t replenished.

More than basic- not clean and do not recommend

The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep - would not stay here again

No one around to help you

the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated

The accommodation is a typical self catering French property, remember your paper coffee filter papers, although the reception guy kindly supplied us with some as we were only 2 nights. The overall standard of the complex was poor, the stairs to our appartment had tiles that were loose and I removed them as they were more a trip risk as they were. The jacuzzi was out of order and showers by the pool were out of order. The pool is under cover, it wasn’t clear from the description that it was the only pool. The parking is under cover which is good. The location is great for Malaucène as short walk and Ventoux for cyclists. There is no cycle storage but they will allow you to store your bike at the property as long as you do not damage the property. TV is small and channel are limited. The complex needs investment.

Logement pas du tout identique aux photos ! Le logement était vétuste avec des fissures. Plus de place sur le parking extérieur, heureusement un en souterrain. Pas de restauration et il faut prendre la voiture pour aller manger à Malaucène. La propreté du logement laissait également à désirer, un évier etait bouché, la climatisation faisait énormément de bruit, une seule télécommande pour toutes les pièces. Beaucoup de monde au petit déjeuner. Lors d’un orage qui s’est produit, l’eau coulait le long du mur de la chambre. Beaucoup de monde à la piscine et pas de place, les gens se baignent avec les cheveux longs détachés qui flottent à la surface de l’eau Seul point positif le personnel était sympa. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement.

Perfect verblijf. Er was wel geen buitenzwembad en de foto’s waren wel niet overeenkomend. Het was allemaal wat gedateerd. Langs de andere kant, was alles wel aanwezig en dik inorde. De ligging was ook perfect. Wij hadden een huisje van 8 voor 4 personen dus was heel ruim

Le personnel est très sympathique , l’accès au spa et à la piscine est un vrai plus, les Mazets sont calmes et tranquilles même si un petit coup de frais ne leur feraient pas de mal et un meilleur Check des verres pour s’assurer qu’il y a le nombre. Le lit est bon mais le canapé en termes de couchage non et on a eu un drap déchiré c’est dommage. Mais en rapport qualité prix c’est plutôt bien

Conditions strictes: check-in à 16h et réception pas ouverte avant (attendre sous canicule avec une personne âgée n'était pas évident), check-out à 10h pile et facturation si retard. Pas de sac poubelle dans la poubelle de la cuisine et ménage approximatif. Les avantages : le rapport qualité prix, la piscine/jacuzzi/salle de sport, le cadre à distance de marche du centre de Malaucène, la réactivité pour la communication par emails et le logement spacieux agréable
