I booked with Breakfast and Dinner but they gave me only Dinner on request. Dinner and Breakfast was showing in Expedia information but not in Hotel information.

Big spacious room, delicious and varied buffet breakfast option. Welcoming and competent staff. 20 minutes walk to the haram. The bus shuttle was nice however during Ramadan, there were so many people, it would sometimes get chaotic trying to get a spot on the bus despite several buses being avaliable. This wasn't so much the fault of the hotel, it was more down to people's behaviour, ie people pushing and running over each other to get on the bus instead of queuing up properly. We decided to walk instead, which took us 20 to 25 minutes (which was less than waiting for a bus to be available, especially on the way back from the haram after Fajr for example).

Pros: We stayed there for 4 nights during Ramadan and had an amazing time. Property is very well maintained, clean and majority staff is friendly. Cons: Their shuttle service to Haram is pretty good except for one night when it was terrible and people were fighting over to get on the bus as there were not many buses running. For that reason, i will suggest fellow travellers taking a hotel withing walking distance from haram, if possible.

nous sommes la pour le Haram, donc il faut s'occuper plus de transport vers le Haram, je comprends il y a la circulation , mais le retour à l'hôtel est catastrophique , des gens qui se bousculent pour monter dans le bus en plus vos bus s'arrêtent n'importe ou de coté du Haram! sans aucune information !!!, ils changent de gars sans informations, ni agent disponible ni panneaux de l'hôtel ni information pour la prochaine autobus, ajoutez un agent qui est en contact avec les chauffeurs afin qu'ils informent les gens ,

L 'hotel est loin du Haram et le déplacement avec leurs bus est catastrophique, aucune informations au clients , ils ont changé de gars , a chaque fois ils changent l'arrêt de bus côté Haram , je comprend il y a des bouchons et embouteillages mais il faut avoir un système pour informer les clients ou est stationner c'est le minimum, les chauffeurs sont débordé et les bus acceptent le double des passagers immaginer des femmes des bébés des vieux , images horribles choquantes et honteux ...et surtout aucunne informations , ils vous manquent de travaille sur le transport car la clientèle est venu juste pour le Haram ajouter des applications de gps avec suivi ou donner l informations par mail ou sms , Aussi la reception ne donne pas la bonne informations j'avais un petit déjeuner et j'ai voulu le changer a iftar puisque Ramadan commence et je paye la différence, ils n'étaient pas capable de le faire aucun agents m'a convaincu (3 agents) je ne sais la faute de système ou manque d'information ou bien debut de Ramadan...mais en principe ça doit etre simple je paye la différence et ça se changent... Les cartes chaque jours se bloquent je dois repasser a la réception ou il y a toujours des fils d'attentes pour les faire débloquer .... En conclusion je ne le recommande pas pour familles personne âgée.. et au periode de Ramadan ou Hajj peut etre au autres periodes sera un peu mieux mais il est loin

The rooms were big and kept nice and clean. The servicing staff was nice and friendly. Washroom supplies such as handwash soap, shampoo, bodywash etc. were of good quality and plenty available. Shuttle service was great. Buffet breakfast was a bonus. Front desk staff should be more friendly and let people know if there is one line or multiple lines and how people should form the lines as people were cutting in in front of others and the staff allowed this to happen. There should be one queue for all lines and whichever attended is available, the person next in line should go to them.

No restaurant in this hotel. Every time had to take taxi to buy food. Also couldn’t find first aid box even a band aid. Provided razor, what made me happy

Average - there is a reason it is cheap
I was in Mecca and specifically in Voco for 9 nights so in all modesty I can give a representative review. Obviously I compare my stay to other 4/5 star hotels I have visited all over the world. The rooms were in general very new and splendid. The bathroom facilities, the beds, the air temperature in the room – everything was really nice. The hotel staff where very nice and welcoming – from the check-in to the breakfast lady, and specifically Younis who where a young man who served juices at breakfast – may Allah bless him. However I will highlight two things that are the reason why I wont come back. 1) Breakfast: The breakfast is pretty much a joke. There are no variations. There are tomatoes and cucumbers and sliced lemon and that’s all there is to it. Most of it is cakes and sweets. There is a guy making omelets but they don’t even use real cheese. The breakfast is NOT worth it at all. For almost 3-4 mornings I didn’t eat breakfast and grabbed something from Jabbal Omar instead. 2) Although the shuttleservice is good, it is still too far away from haram. If you want to grab a coffee, a late night snack near haram, you will have to go for a long time. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, pick one closer to Haram.

Hotel is perfect as long as you can take bus
One of the best 4 star hotels I have visited. Good breakfast, clean room, nice bed etc. One feedback is to let your bus company know that they should be better at picking us up after Isha from haram. Too long lines and people pushing and shoving.

Solid hotel
Service is good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. Shuttleservice could be a bit better and try to avoid the queue after Isha time when coming back from Haram.
