"We stayed 5 nights, had a good experience Staff very cooperative especially domestic staff very helpful and every time ready to help. There is Restaurant for guests if they want to use. One thing missing small pantry should be available on every floor where one microwave, toaster and stove should available for guests if they need to use, I would recommend management to look at this suggestion. Over all Good for money, shops are locally, Haram 10 minutes walk. Also hotel bus service available...

"I was on the 12th floor. Too hot even the AC was not working well. Only two towels were given. Refrigerator probably does not work. It was warm inside. Bed was even very hot."
