However, one downside is the visibility of customers eating and drinking alcohol on the ground floor at night, which detracts from the overall appeal of the facility. If management were to address this issue, the property would better reflect a true 5-star experience."

"Location is excellent, close to all transits, shopping, restaurants and convenient stores. The beautiful easy entrance is located on the ground floor. We love the breakfast buffet. All staff are very helpful and friendly, especially when we had trouble to take a taxi to airport during peak hours, one of hotel staff came out to help us to get on a taxi. Our room is clean and big enough to open our luggages. We swam in the swimming pool but we hated some young men played in the pool. We will stay if we go to Okinawa again. We both love Okinawa♡"

"I would happily stay at this hotel again. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room was a good size with plenty of space for our large suitcases. Pyjamas are provided if you wanted to travel light. There are drinks and ice cream available for most of the day for guests. plenty of bathroom amenities are available. They also have a special event every day - dressing in traditional Okinawa clothes, making sushi, etc. which I think is a really great way of learning more about the Japanese culture as well as having some fun. It is so close to the monorail station. It is also very close to the international street where there are endless food options and lots of shops. "

"大人2人、幼児3人の家族5人で宿泊しました。 部屋も綺麗でバストイレが別な上にユニットバスだったので広く、ストレスなくお風呂に入る事ができました。 お水は3人分置いてくれてました。 アメニティはフロント横で必要分持って行く様に案内がありました。 とりあえず歯ブラシセットとアメニティのみ持って部屋へ行きましたが 朝ごはんの時にコーヒーを飲もうとして部屋にない事に気づき2階のフロントまで取りに行かないといけなかったのが少し面倒だなと思いました。 自分で準備するホテルが初めてだったので次回からは何が置いてあるか全てチェックしようと思いました。"

"AMAZING hotel! Very clean and nice accommodations. This is a 10/10 for me, solely because of the free, complimentary drink bar and snacks. There’s at least a dozen alcohol options, including 2 beers on tap. There’s also multiple types of teas and coffee. The snacks included donuts, 2 types of soups, and 6 types of very delicious icecream! All complimentary! Very much worthwhile. The location is close to a bus stop and the main tourist part of town which was convenient. "
