"I love in fact the hotel! I like its style and localization! But this I was more than surprised that the beautiful roof top is not existing any more! My studio was in nothing improved to last year! No TV! No coffee downstairs! Sorry, this way you cannot run a hotel seriously!!! "

"Had a great experience here, Very social
and very friendly staff especially Jamir and Sophia the volunteer staff took me and other guests on a day tour around the city on their own time. My private room was clean for the most part and comfortable private accommodation. Breakfast was also well prepared and delicious."

"I arrived at the hotel and was told to wait on the couch before they check me in. I waited about 20-25 minutes before they eventually told me the room that I reserved is not available and Id have to look for another hotel. This is ridiculously poor service. Never have I ever reserved a room only for the hotel to tell me that they dont have the room available. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"It's amazing! Only walking distance from MRT Shaw Station. Just google map the exact street. You need to turn an extra left to see Mariveles Street.
The hostel is a good quiet place to sleep. Clean and well-maintained.
Shared bathrooms are good too. They provide toiletries like (Towels, Shampoo, Shower Gel and Conditioner)
Free breakfast in the morning. Just a simple breakfast like (Bread or you can toast it on the oven, coffee, water and Sandwich spread of your choice)

"La Hotel Makati was incredible. I first checked in at the Fairmont, but the room was disappointing, so I switched to Shangri-La, which was the best decision. The staff was so welcoming. Erik's care and recommendations were spot on. Warren, our bellman, helped with all our luggage and made sure everything was perfect before heading back to the US.
Our room was luxurious, and the views were amazing. Thanks to Moli, Mark, and Jerilyn for keeping everything perfect. Dining at The Circle, especially the breakfast buffet, was fantastic. Mama Belle and her team were so warm and inviting. The ladies at the Filipino dessert tables always made sure I had enough sweets.
The bell staff was efficient and friendly, too. After the Fairmont experience, Shangri-La was just a breath of fresh air. Amazing service, kind staff, and luxurious rooms made it feel like home. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Makati and can't wait to return!"
"Great place to stay. Shops, restaurants, nightlife all close by. Sports Bar right next door, serves food all night long. The staff is friendly and helpful in every aspect. "
"The property is so convenient for dining and shopping. The Onnies restaurant next door serves delicious food. The building is very is safe and quiet. I would love to stay here again."
"Top Manila Option. The room, bed, staff and facilities are all excellent. Staff especially try hard to please and are very attentive to guests' special needs. Highly recommend.

"Excellent guest services personnels. From our arrival the guy offered us bottled water, to check-in(Aaron) to luggage assistance(Dewey) everything was well coordinated and smooth. Aaron even gave us free welcome drinks at the bar and showed us all our options to make our stay even more convenient for esp for timers. You guys deserve more than 5 stars!!!
