"I arrived at the hotel and was told to wait on the couch before they check me in. I waited about 20-25 minutes before they eventually told me the room that I reserved is not available and Id have to look for another hotel. This is ridiculously poor service. Never have I ever reserved a room only for the hotel to tell me that they dont have the room available. Avoid this place at all costs!"
