"Great position with great views from the roof terrace. Plenty of parking. Close to bars and restaurants. Loved having a lift, now that we’re older we do struggle with stairs sometimes. No cleaning but everything provided to keep apartment clean. Clean towels and toilet paper after 2 or 3 days. The only thing missing was a safe. "

The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there. The staff were excellent - they were polite and friendly and happy to help at all times. "Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in...

Food is so good ignore all the bad reviews we were super impressed, cocktails and premium brand drinks on the All inclusive were the best we have had, staff all super friendly, I had 2 massages whilst there & they were booth amazing.
