"Fantastic, outstanding place! "Struttura nuova appena portata a nuovo. Non hanno l'asensore e scale molto ripide e non è indicato da nessuna parte, avevo 2 valigie grabdi e pensanti. La reception chiude ad orari variabili anche alle 17,00 se troni dopo e vuoi un bicchiere d'acqua non c'è modo, ma si paga come un albergo con la reception notturna. E' evidente che si sono messi di impegno ma che non sono del mestiere. La prima stanza che mi hanno dato era al 3° piano, piccolissima senza finestre e quando sono arrivato c'erano...

"L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville et juste à côté du château, il y a des place de parking disponible devant. Le personnel est très sympathique, le buffet de petit déjeuner est bien fourni. J'avais une chambre standard spacieuse et agréable, la literie est confortable et la salle de bains bien que petite fonctionnelle et très propre tout comme la chambre. J'ai passé un très bon séjour et je ne peux que conseiller cet hôtel. "

"This is an excellent hotel for what it is, a basic hotel. The room is comfortable, shower is good and it had a balcony as well as a table where one can work, relax or eat. The hotel has a restaurant and serves a nice breakfast. Hotel staff is friendly."

"You have to take funicular from Neuchatel to Neuchatel Universite only 8 mins and then walk to the hotel only 5 mins. Location is quiet area and near the city by walking distance. There is a chocolate as a gift on each pillow,it's delicious. We stay only 1 night in family room, unfortunately one of our pillow's cover is musty and the bed is not comfortable. Other cleanliness is ok. The staff is willing to answer our questions. "
