Stayed here for my cousin’s wedding this past August, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning — a charming, vintage-style property with a timeless feel. The service was outstanding from start to finish — from the bellman and front desk to the waitstaff, everyone was attentive and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything: the bank, bars, marina, cafés, and restaurants. You truly can’t go wrong staying here. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel set midst of the city center. 1 minute walk from beautiful outdoor shopping plaza while it’s backyard is the lively lake trail. Hotel staffs were nothing short of sweet. Also, the hotel smells amazing!!!!! Great travel experience!

A beautiful property and stunning location. Easy, convenient and beautiful views. However, for the price and star rating the rooms could use an update. Some staff were lovely but others made us feel unwelcome. Not the most friendly atmosphere.

Classy lakeside hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights in 4 days, same room both times so cannot comment on different room types. From the moment you walk through the entrance the welcome is very warm. Check-in quick and very friendly, glass of bubbly if that floats your boat. The hotel has the feel of a grand country house with generously sized rooms, a separate closet/ room for clothing etc and a good-sized bathroom. Bed very comfortable, pillows soft but a bit slim but there are spares in the room so all good. Checkout just as quick with the offer of a bottle of water for the journey. I didn't eat in the hotel so unable to comment on the restaurant. Overall, lovely hotel which is very well located by the lake, with a very friendly set of staff. Highly recommended.

Great Service

Very welcoming reception and restaurant team and comfortable room. Food in the restaurant was excellent. The only downside was it was very hot and the hotel room had no air conditioning, so not the most comfortable nights sleep

Le spa n’est pas dingue, seulement un hammam et sur réservation 1h. La chambre n’est pas moderne, pas très jolie, un peu vieux avec de la moquette partout. Petit déjeuner en supplément c’est dommage vu le prix. Autrement le personnel est très serviable et la literie de bonne qualité.

Bel établissement très bien situé. Le personnel est au petit soin. Une petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, mais cher. Dîner côté brasserie en terrasse avec une carte limitée mais plats très bons.
