"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. " I didn't realise when I booked the hotel was on the motorway services. However we were able to use the service road to access in and out of the services without going on the M25. Room was clean everything you needed. The lady on reception was so helpful told us where to find local places to eat and even gave me the fan from reception for my room as it was so hot. It's not a luxury hotel but the service was fantastic and the room comfortable would definitely book again."

"Although some areas could take a lick of paint, this traditional country house hotel was just what we wanted pre our Le Shuttle journey. The staff are an absolute credit to hospitality, the food is delicious and the bed was comfy, great shower pressure and peace and quiet plus safe parking. "
