"Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa – Phuket ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I had a beautiful stay at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa. The ocean‑view jacuzzi suite was absolutely stunning peaceful, romantic, and one of the highlights of my holiday. The resort grounds are lovely, the views are incredible, and overall it’s a great place to relax. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Staff communication and training could be better, especially when handling guest requests. Some parts of the room and amenities need more thorough cleaning. For example, when I boiled water to make tea, I discovered significant residue and buildup inside the kettle, which shows it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This is a hygiene concern, especially for a 5‑star property. These issues didn’t ruin my stay, but they are important for the resort to address. With better staff training and more attention to cleanliness, Diamond Cliff could easily be a perfect 5‑star experience."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mai Khao Beach Resort was everything we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape away from the crowds, this is the perfect place. The location is stunning, with direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach where you can truly unwind. The resort is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a memorable stay. What really made the experience special was the warm hospitality. Every member of the team greeted us with genuine smiles and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness made the holiday even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, the pool was a great place to relax, and the whole resort had a calm, laid-back feel that made it difficult to leave. A wonderful resort with fantastic service in a beautiful location. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the quieter, more relaxing side of Phuket."

"After a disastrous 25-hour flight delay, arriving at Anantara Mai Khao was the perfect remedy for our family of four. The moment we arrived, Oxii and the staff treated us with warm, authentic Thai hospitality—exactly the welcome we needed. The resort is stunning and expansive, yet getting around is effortless with the convenient buggies. The picturesque landscaping and architecture make every view Instagram-worthy - it’s easy to see why it features in The White Lotus season three. There is a wealth of activities available, from pools, tennis, teen club, yoga, and kickboxing to a gym and spa treatments. We also loved our ATV and James Bond Island excursions. Located in a quiet area near the airport, it’s about 45 minutes from the busy Old Town—perfect for families seeking pure serenity. Just across the road, Turtle Village offers local shops, a 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and Burger King for familiar comforts. Dining is exceptional. Breakfast features high-quality, healthy, locally sourced options. For dinner, Sea Fire Salt serves incredible BBQ fish and steak with a beautiful sunset view. I highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting deep relaxation, excellent food, and beautiful beaches. Anantara Mai Khao is the nearest thing to perfect!"

"Great resort plenty of amenities even if the water park is closed. Customer service is a huge stand out for us, we never met anyone unwilling to assist or greet us. The staff ensures there are plenty of activities for kids. If breakfast is not included with your stay, make sure you make other arrangements for meals. However 7/11 and Lotus are steps away. Will definitely stay here again. Hopefully it doesn’t get too packed once the water park opens. Sold on the ocean side pool. Absolutely beautiful."
