"It’s right by the airport so it’s busy and you really don’t need a ride if you got 2 feet… literally right across the street! Now USA.. ain’t no washcloths so bring ya own.. otherwise the staff was great and they did let me stay until 1:30pm for free.. only reason you shouldn’t walk is if you don’t want to bust a sweat otherwise.. save your baht"

"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. Tolerating it for the kids club and activities but definitely on my own I wouldn’t return."

"We loved our time at this hotel and will definitely return if we go to Phuket. The beach is so beautiful with a stand that has the sweetest fruit. The staff were very friendly. My only two improvements would be more vegan food at breakfast and in the restaurants. I think the breakfast areas could be slightly cleaner as unfortunately it’s open air so there are some flies And then some small improvements to the room, ours was one of the renovated premium rooms but it had some issues (shower flooded a little). Despite that, we would still come back as the staff were friendly, helpful and they took note of little things like giving us extra water, towels and moisturizer after us asking. The spa and sports amenities were a lovely plus!"

"The pictures shown on the hotel site gives you expectations of the hotel being close to the beach - but those pictures showing pools etc are for the residence NOT the hotel itself. It’s a long walk from the hotel through the gardens to the road and beach. Hotel is in need of a little modernisation and upgrade, but overall reasonable value for money. Primarily the hotel is 80% Russian guests. We never used the restaurants at the hotel, except breakfast which was good. Overall, probably wouldn’t stay again. "

"Great pool, right across the beach at the quieter side of town. Good local dining options near by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did I say great pool? Kept clean and very watchful staff (for children's safety). It was a great stay..the hotel is definitely one of the newer ones on the strip. "

"Closest hotel to Bangla Road and Nightlife. This isn’t a resort, rather a 3 STAR hotel. Rooms are specious, clean & breakfast looked great! This is a busy hotel and price for accommodations are very reasonable."
