"Run down"

"They threw away everything I had in the room after I told them I was staying another night and had already paid/booked. Then last night they called the cops on me because there was a disturbance and they assumed it was me instead of checking things out. Come to find out of course it wasn't me it was a room two rooms down from me.Terrible 4 nights. Don't stay here."

"Needs to be cleaned more and deep Cleaning is very much needed"

"The place was totally filthy discussing worn down, broken down and looked like it was more like a place where people live. It was disgusting and I’m OK with cheap hotels, but this was bad."

"Well maintained and absolutely opulent. Staff were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Room was beautiful, bed was super comfortable. Would love to spend a week! (Though not sure what we'd do in Alexandria for a week - lol) Plan on coming back for a night or two though! (Only suggestion - 4th floor windows could use a washing (outside). )"

"There was water seeping through the tiles in the bathroom. There was hair in the bathtub. Tape on the doors. I believe they are in the process of renovation, there is alot of patch paint that is over uneven surfaces"

"Very new hotel. Spotless. Lovely decor. All staff were so accommodating. Spacious rooms. Tasty breakfast. Lounge area very modern. We would stay here again."

"Staff was barely at front desk, they call me saying I need to put my $50 deposit in and I go downstairs and no one’s there. I’ve stayed there multiple times and I’m at least $400 down for my security deposit and haven’t got any of it back after months. Place is crappy, smells bad, rooms don’t even look clean, staff isn’t really helpful. Go anywhere else but here. Oh and breakfast doesn’t taste good at all and half the time there is only cereal and muffins for breakfast."

"Easy check in Nice and clean Helpful staff The breakfast was delicious"

"Für kurzen Zwischenstopp ausreichend, für eine Woche werde ich das nächste Mal nach Alternativen suchen"

"A Relaxing Stay with Great Outdoor Amenities! Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites was more than just a place to sleep! One of the highlights was having spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. We had fun playing Tic Tac Toe, enjoyed the outdoor pool area, and spent time sitting around the fire pit. I especially loved the outdoor spaces, which offered a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable seating. The fire pit was a wonderful spot to unwind in the evening, and the recreational...
