"Good location inside the Old City. Easy to walk around the city. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant made for a convenient dinner location upon arrival. Room was clean and spacious. Five bottles of complimentary water which was very nice considering the heat in July. Staff friendly and helpful and someone is always at the front desk.Good wifi."

"Icon Park Hotel was a great place to stay in Chiang Mai. The location was excellent, with shopping, restaurants, and several attractions nearby. One of the best khao soi restaurants in the city was even within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy one of Chiang Mai's signature dish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and generously sized, so they never felt cramped. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for the price. It was an excellent home base for exploring Chiang Mai, and I would definitely stay here again."

"L'hôtel était parfait, bien situé, propre, le personnel était courtois et avenant. Nous avons eu une chambre de 12 places, très grande, mais les douches étaient désuètes et fonctionnaient partiellement. Le seul autre bémol est le fait qu'on nous vend beaucoup d'excursions avec compagnie (beaucoup plus chers que si on y va pas nos propres moyens). Le déjeuner est excellent, mi-anglais, mi-thailandais et change à chaque matin. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."
