It’s an excellent option if you’re visiting Madrid! The hotel is really well located in the center, 2-3 minute walk from Puerta del Sol and the metro station, it is a very busy area and yet there’s no noise inside the rooms. Staff is super kind and helpful! I would stay here again.

I have been a guest at Suits Your Zinc for the past four years, visiting the property at least once a year. My family and I have viewed all the available rooms, and over time, we have noticed a marked decline in room quality. The lack of kitchen items we've found in the past and, especially, the poor quality of the beds is noticeable. The room appears clean, but if you look under the bed (for anything that might have fallen), you can see that the cleaning is superficial. The towels seem to be the same ones we used on our first visit—very poor quality and clearly indicating excessive and indiscriminate use. On the other hand, some street noise is to be expected, but being woken up by the noise of each guest returning at different times in the early morning is completely unacceptable. The doors, bathrooms, showers... they weren't always like this. Well, we were previously on the upper floors, so it's understandable that the lower the room, the more noise you hear from the building itself. The staff must be very good with technology, but in terms of presence and service, this is a hotel/hostel where you're on your own, and considering the cost per night, anyone would expect a bit more. Closing a chapter...best of luck. Note: instead of replying, put the energy on improving, is a great location but...

Very central location, we stayed two nights and hope we can stay longer. Most of the sightseeing are within 10 minutes walk, lot of cafes and restaurants, facing to a very busy street but quite after you close the window and door. Noticed that some previous customers having hot water issue, but not at all for my stay in apartment #31. Staff in the nearby office were very helpful and kind.

The place is in the central of Madrid, restaurants, shop, attraction, you can easily reach there within walking distance, The property is clean and easy to find, they give you app to get in and out of the apartment. During our stay, AC is not cool, we wake up several time in the nights.

Excellent cental location. Apartment spartan but clean and functional. Could do with a spatula and a few more dishes/cooking utensils. Should have clearer explanation of how to get into building and apt.

Great service by the Zinc team. The care given was appreciated. The apartment was very clean- only reason I gave 4 stars was an ancillary item wasn't clean which could easily be missed. (Spare blanket) I would recommend staying with Zinc.

The location is absolutly awesome, right in the center, close to shops, restaurants, subway and Sightseeing. The apartment has everything you need, is tidy, but the shower is draining very slowly.

Central Location

Convenient location in the centre of the city. The accommodation was spacious and well maintained. It was useful to be able to deposit our luggage in the nearby office on our day of departure. Good value for central Madrid.

Great location, the apartment is in the middle of the main tourist area but you could not hear any noise when the window was closed. My only complaint is that both bed mattresses are old and sink in too far when sleeping causing back and hip pain for both my husband and I and we are only young, they really need to be replaced.
