This was our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as good as the first. Great location, especially for our first time in Spain. Clean, quiet and in the middle of the action on Gran Via.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located, close to so many of Madrid”s iconic places. The best part was the comfortable bed. It was so comfortable that we slept in until 10 AM without realizing it, which is very unusual for us. We would highly recommend and would stay there again.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It was a fabulous option for a family of 5. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa which had been prepared for us. The only thing missing was a blanket. There are no blankets of the bed. Just a sheet. So we had to take the ones from the closet but there were only 2 and we needed 3. Maybe we could have called for 1 more but we were so tired from our travels we didn’t try. Would stay there again for sure.

The hotel has a great location on Gran Via, central and close to great restaurants and shopping as well as public transportation. We liked the contemporary rooms as well, although the rooms show aging (loose fixtures etc.). But they are clean and staff is nice. Would come back.

It is an incredible property, the apartment of 2 rooms concept was great for my family an their privacy. Connected very easily with 2 important Subway stations and really close to a lot of Shopping options!

This property was perfectly located for our first trip to Madrid - central to lots of sightseeing locations, and near the metro for when we needed to go further afield. Two things that could be improved: it wasn’t clear that daily maid service was an additional charge (this wasn’t a huge problem, we were just confused,) and my son said that the fold-out mattress on the couch bed wasn’t very comfortable.

So it would have been good to have provided salt and pepper and a wine bottle opener as well as more than two rolls of toilet paper... Other than that it was a good stay.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe apartment and found the hotel to, overall, be a good value. The place was clean and well stalked. They let us drop off our bags early and provided cleaning service every other day. The location on Grand Via was surprisingly quiet except for an occasional siren. The apartment is also really nice but perhaps a little warn. There were two things that did not live up to standards. First, the pullout bed is super uncomfortable. It's really just a flimsy pad on metal bars. My ten year old complained that he could feel the bar in this back. If you are more than 4 people, this could be a problem. Second, and other reviews mention this, their smoke detectors flash all night long. For people sensitive to light this is super annoying. Still, we would stay at the property again.
