Agréablement surpris. Bon d'accord le mobilier n'est pas tendance mais l'équipement de la chambre est top ! Frigo fer à repasser double vitrage bouilloire chrome cast. Ma chambre au 11ème avait une vue sur la gran Via et le palais royal au fond, pas de bruit de la rue mais un peu du couloir. La salle de gym n'est pas top trop petite et pas de tapis de course. Hôtel à recommander

Hotel en ubicación muy centrica. Todo estaba a la algura de la categoria 4 estrella, si bien el colchón necesitaba cambio y no se advirtio a la hora de la reserva que el Spa no estaba abierto.

La recepcion muy floja... el dia que llegamos, nos atendio personal mal Aseado....Olor y cuello sucio... vieron que estabamos renegando para el ingreso del equipaje, y Ni se molestaron... al irnos Igual, con el agravakye, qie solicitamos 1 yora antes sercicio al aeropuerto, le recordamos 10 minutos antes... a la media hora le reclamamos, y tuvimos que tomar taxi en la Calle...

Bonne acceuil à 23h. Comme nous venions de la aprt d'expédia nous avons eu deux chambres au 2 eme étage et là vous entendez tous les bruits du hall d'entrée par une mauvaise insonorisation. Hotel vieillissant.
