this property really surprised me, the athenion since it started with the check in, i arrived with a little worry about the area but the apartment was super good, cleaning to 100, with a very cozy welcome, excellent for family trip, although the neighborhood feels a bit unsafe it is very close to the metro and bus station.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, this is the second time I’ve stayed with this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any of there locations. All of them were very clean, neat and tidy and easy to access. It was a pleasure, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

This place is located in a safe neighborhood, walking distance to the Metro, local markets, many options of restaurants and a variety of shops. The apartment was clean and equipped with all basic kitchen tools in case you feel like cooking with local ingredients. Bed and sofa-bed were comfortable.The communication with the Olala staff was amazing, and we are grearful for their attentiveness and support. We highly recommend it!

The property is in the heart of the residential district. It is 5 min walking distance from Nuevo Numancia metro station. 6min metro train ride to Atocha / puerto de atocha where you can take the high speed train and about 10 min metro ride from Sol and Gran area where there is shopping and restaurants. The property has cooking and dining utensils, microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer it doesn’t have a clothes dryer but has a warming towel rack in the bathroom which works perfectly for drying clothes. We booked for 4 people and they had only 2 towels so had to share which was fine by us. They also gave complimentary bottle of juice and couple of bottles of beer and water. The area has several small supermarkets and restaurants

Elevator with no light. Felt unsafe. Area is rather poor and not so clean neighborhood. Metro is close though. Paying security deposit of was a surprise. Building is not sound proof. Picture on the website looks much better than actual. But apt is well equipped. I was worried at first about the safety but it was a safe neighborhood.

Recommended close commute to central Madrid.

The place looked new. Very kind host that left us goodies in the fridge. Neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but safe enough for my family waking to and from restaurant at night. Close commute to downtown Madrid and major sites. Recommended!

Get what you pay for.

The apartment was stocked with everything we needed, but was quite cramped for a family of 4. The sofa bed was a trundle set up that was very uncomfortable. It was an ok apartment but the location was not very convenient.

Very difficult process to pre register with passports etc. Spent many hours for something that should have taken ten minutes. All the way to the time we arrived and still had to register which was a week later. It had nice amenities. A little small for four people The AC unit leaked. They came to fix it. It still leaked. Close to the metro.

During my one night stay with Olala Homes Madrid I experienced a flood in the unit that looked like was an ongoing problem that we were never made aware of. The flood resulted in us being up till 2 am sopping up the water and some of our items being destroyed. It took olala two hours to sort out a new unit for us to stay in. By the time we moved units our night was ruined. I am still actively trying to get compensation for the damaged items and it has been roughly a month. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Muito boa estada. Somente tivemos dificuldade no descarte donlixo, pois todas as vezes que tentamos fazê-lo as lixeiras estavam cheias. Desta forma, deixei separadas em sacolas com vidro, papel e organicos dentro do apartamento .

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit first kit wie Mineralwasser, Kaffee, O-Saft ausgestattet. Es waren einige Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden zu sehen wie z.B halb abgekratzte Tapete. Das Haus scheint aber frisch renoviert zu sein. Vielleicht sind andere Wohnungen im besseren Zustand. Das Bad, Fahrstuhl, Dachterrasse waren tip top. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit entfernt von der Metro, was sehr praktisch war. Die Gegend ist sicherlich nicht die nobelste, auch wenn wir uns nie unsicher gefühlt haben. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft ihr Ziel erfüllt.

El check in es un problema, al no haber recepción hay muchas fallas pues tienes que hacer un depósito que te lleva mucho tiempo hacerlo y debes esperar a que te contesten los de atención a cliente (suelen tardar). No tuvimos agua caliente el primer día. Pagamos para tener parking, las instrucciones son complejas y si vienes de un viaje largo es pesado. Además de que no estaba el control del parking en el candado que dijeron. El espacio es muy pequeño.

Es muy pequeño el espacio, pero la limpieza es impecable y tienen muchos detalles con los huéspedes, a mi me tocó la semana de Puente y estaba caro el hospedaje, valió la pena y si recomiendo la propiedad.
