This apartment is in prime location! Everything was so convenient and we walked everywhere. The apartment is super cute and very clean. It has all the things you will need. Host was pretty responsive. I highly highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment it self was really good, with good space, fittings and excellent bathrooms. It is well located in central Madrid with restaurants and shops and a supermarket nearby. The big problem was arriving and not being able to get in. The door lock would not respond to the app and we were unable to get in until the Usense gave us a code. It was clear that the lock had been broken for some time as there was a physical card left in the apartment as we were also directed to do when checking out. That Usense had not fixed it is unacceptable. It spoiled our stay.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. This was our 4th stay in this apartment & we love it. However,the price has doubled since staying the same week last year,so we may not be able to afford to return

Very clean apartment. Great location overlooking Santa Ana square. Just be aware that there are restaurants with outside seating in the square so you will definitely hear people if you have the windows open. However, it was not loud enough to disturb us with the windows closed. Good communication with property managers. Would stay here again if we make it back to Madrid.

A very comfortable apartment, decorated nicely. The location was very good, although the Plaza Santa Ana has some construction going on so the view wasn’t as visually appealing as it might normally be… but I did not notice noise from the construction, nor any inconvenience because of it, so it was all good! I wasn’t aware that there was not a front desk at this property (perhaps it was in the description and I didn’t notice it?), and this caused a slight problem for us… firstly, we were not able to leave luggage when our flight arrived before check in time (we used a recommended locker facility), and when a piece of luggage did not arrive with us, there was no front desk to receive it, so we were forced to wait around the apartment rather than be out sight-seeing. But, the apartment itself was excellent and I would definitely consider staying there again.

Personal Data personal data personal data AFTER you make a Non Refundable reservation, then you have to give all types of personal data, for everyone. DOB, Passport number, address, Email for each person in your room. Totally uncomfortable doing this. HOTELS.com first says unreasonable, then says you have to do it, or cance AND lose all your money. THEN you are asked to Download a KEY APP to open door, that gives access to your phone. THEN the arrival says somone will meet you on Arrival, but there is no one. Virtual Virtual. THEN showed up 3 hours early, room is ready. Want to put bags in room That will be an extra charge $$$ I would never rent from them again

Muito bom

Apartamento novíssimo, com todo o necessario. Camas super confortáveis, cozinha equipada. Único ponto negativo foi não terem nos avisado que o estacionamento em frente ao hotel (recomendado por eles próprios) não estava disponível, por estar em obras. Perdi um bom tempo circulando pelo centro, tentando achar uma solução.

Foi boa, porém no check-in foi confuso, não houve uma orientação correta, ficamos em frente a acomodação sem saber como proceder o check-in, ai tinha uma pessoa na entrada da acomodação, que nos orientou e nos forneu a chave de acesso do apto.

Beautiful apt in great area-mgt needs improvement

Location and apartment were great but there were a number of issues related to getting into apartment that were very frustrating including being locked out several times when we had to call company in Salamanca to try to open the door electronically. Serious absentee management problems with staff with limited English that have trouble helping solve problems. No mention of a Cleaning fee to paid before hand & apartment web site doesn’t have helpful contact info such as their WhatsApp.
