Great and spacious property in good neighborhood, close proximity to important areas in the city, such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Vía, etc. There are many places for eating and drinking in the area. We had a situation with the AC that stopped working the second night, called management after hours and someone came to the place 10 min later and fixed the problem right away. We definitely would choose this place again and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in Madrid.

Very nice safe and convenient. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores near by. Overall apartment is very well maintained. The reception super nice. We arrived late, the communication was clear and the receptionist waited for us to Pick up the keys. Bathrooms are a little too small for my liking. No hassle checkout just leave keys in the apartment and leave.

Sehr schönes und zentrales Apartment um Madrid zu Fuß zu erkunden. Ein großer Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel haben ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, was uns aber absolut nicht gestört hat. Die Umgebung ist sehr nett und nicht so touristisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte prima. Zu empfehlen!

Muy cómoda suite, con todo lo indispensable, bien situada a 4 cuadras de la Gran Vía. Nuestro único inconveniente es que el colchón estaba demasiado blando y nos hubiera gustado que la cama fuera más grande, tamaño King size

Hotel com ótima localização para quem está sem carro porque para chegar lá é impossivel fica na área onde se entra taxi e uber. Tem que retirar as chaves a 2 ruas próxima, tem Carrefour na esquina, acústica achei ruim, escutava todo barulho das pessoas do prédio. Custo beneficio bom

Excellent stay.

Had a great experience. Great neighborhood, great stuff around, short walk to the metro, friendly staff and great space. We lived in Madrid for several years and have seen the inside of many Spanish houses/apartments. For what you pay, this is a great space in a nice spot to be in Madrid.

Location is great, but place os disapointing

Place was COMPLETELY different from the pictures! There was a tiny window in the living room that made the place so dark and cola even was sunny and 18 degrees outside. Bed was terrible and too soft - we needed to move to the couch because of strong back pains. The only good thing is the location and the washing mashine.

We booked this hotel for 7 nights. And there is big different between pictures in internet and real room. We got the room with own entrance from the street. It was a big mistake to take it. There is no soundproofing at all in this room (may be others are better). So all the night (if you are not drinking and dancing and want just to sleep) you have to listen sounds of the street. Listening to this noise all of garbage cans, yelling of drunk people. Our doorstep was very popular among the homeless people. They liked to sit on it by two-three persons, smoking and talking...The corner of building they used as a toilet (and not only they). Some times I thought that I was sitting with them...The sound was as if you do not have a door at all !!!!! Friday and Saturday - no comment at all.... There is no heated towel rail. So the towels were wet all the time. I think that this room (I don`t know about other) is good for teenagers on spring holidays.

Muy buena opción -- pero atención personas altas

Muy buena opción para pasar unos días en Madrid y disfrutar del barrio de Malasaña. La localización es excelente. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. Sin embargo, hay dos detalles que merece la pena revisar (referidos al apartamento 3B en Calle de Pozas). El primero es el techo abuhardillado: tiene una altura muy baja, o al menos muy baja para personas altas. En nuestro caso, éramos dos personas de 180cm y 187cm; era muy incódo estar caminando con la cabeza inclinada o golpearse varias veces cada día. Creo que el apartamento es ideal para personas de 170cm o menos. El segundo punto es que no hay estanterías en el armario (solamente un tubo para colgar). Aunque no es algo grave, no hay sitio para dejar la ropa que no es de colgar. Creo que hay espacio suficiente para colocar una estantería (p.ej. una de Ikea) que proporcione estanterias para colocar camisetas, jerseys, ropa interior, etc. A pesar de estos dos detalles, volvería a "Malasaña Central Suites", pero a otro apartamento, no a los abuhardillados. Muchas gracias.

Is was located in a Malasaña .The transportation was great metro stations were close . The bad side of this property it that the bathroom is tiny when you go in the shower it was impossible to move or turn It was juts super tiny. And they only have a washer no dryer and that was a big down side for me since we were there 8 days.Also take in consideration there’s no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage like we did is hard to get your luggage to the upper floors.
