Great Stay

We had two rooms and had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel. We were very happy with the cleanliness, location, staff, and breakfast offerings. Close to the metro and eateries. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel in good location.

Stayed 2 nights in October half-term. Clean and comfy, and nice staff. Chamberí a really good area to be based - near the middle of town, nice shops, bars and restaurants.

We liked the inner city surroundings, without travic problems. The possibilities for dinner and drinks are endless. The Metro brings you where you want to be, such as The Prado Museum. The hotel was very good for our purpose of visiting museums.

Top floor great room good a/c. Separate bathroom off lobby and balcony with table and chairs. Bar not open but Bar/cafe across the road so no problem. Recommend the best rooms on the top floor. Will stay again.

This was a great hotel to stay in! Good location. The only negative things are the breakfast isn’t that good and there was one man working at the front desk who was not nice at all. Can’t remember his name. However, everyone else was very nice and overall the hotel is great. We would stay here again!

It was a very nice hotel with great service. The only complaint I would have is that I requested a room with a double bed and got two twin beds pushed together instead. The beds kept moving apart when I slept on them and I would have preferred they told me there was no double beds available and I would've been fine with a twin.

The front desk staff was not helpful at all. They were unfriendly at best and outright rude on occasions. Additionally we got to the self-service breakfast with 15 min remaining and only wanted a piece of toast and a cup of coffee and we were made to put our dishes down and told we were too late and to leave. We asked to borrow a pair of scissors and upon returning them to the front desk in a timely manner, the clerk slammed them on the counter as we walked away. We were there for a joyful concert and they made us feel horrible to even walk through the lobby.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast was fine as well and the location was in a walking distance from the Metro station! The major downside was the rather noisy traffic and the tapas bar over the road, keeping you awake late at night. The neighbours were also quite loudly with not much privacy left!
